Good afternoon all

Well yesterday was a record day for Cover4letproperty, we did more cases than we have ever done in one session which is a good sign for our rates in this very difficult sector. I have always been a broker in my 10 years in the business and for me it’s an exciting challenge to fit your customers profile with the appropriate cover as it not all about cost. If your property burns down you need to know that your landlords insurance gives you the correct coverage, for example many clients may have the incorrect sums insured as they confuse market value for the full rebuilding cost.

Not to  bore you all but I do like to push the importance of being a broker to people as I feel that you get a wider feel of the market place and the enjoyment of giving your client advice. I was also very pleased to get an email form a very happy client whose claim was settled in very difficult circumstances and to be honest, this for me is one of the great rewards of broking, of being there when people need it.

Anyway, I’m boring myself now so i’m off!
