Good morning all, I hope you had a nice weekend

Reports in the media over the weekend suggest that homeowners are being forced into letting their homes because of the currect economic situation, with letting agents seing a significant rise in first time lets. It is even being suggested that people who have purchased homes for their own living use are being forced to let them out and either downsize to smaller properties or move in with family and friends in order to remain above water. Predictions in certain media outlets are, however, reporting small signs of recovery and that Britain is ahead of many of our European counterparts.
